David Welles is a partner practicing in the areas of business law, real estate and transactional matters. His experience includes:

• Advising individuals and business entities at all stages, including entity selection and formation, day-to-day business operations and the selling and buying of businesses
• Drafting, negotiating and providing advice to parties with regard to contract matters of many types, including purchase agreements, supply agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and development agreements
• Representing parties in the purchase, sale, construction and development of single and multi-family residential real estate
• Representing parties in construction disputes
• Assisting purchasers, sellers, contractors and developers in connection with retail, commercial, office and industrial real estate matters, including development, construction, financing, leasing, and purchases and sales
• Assisting parties in working with federal, state and local governmental agencies in business, real estate and environmental matters
• Representing borrowers and lending institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting financing transactions
