Dale M. Eaton

Attorney

Dale is a partner practicing in the areas of automobile accidents and other personal injuries, business litigation and family law.  He worked for law firms in Boston and Milwaukee, prior to moving to Wausau in 1993. For several years, Attorney Eaton provided full-time litigation support for one of the premier Boston law firms handling plaintiff asbestos and tobacco claims.  The firm annually handled hundreds of asbestos/mesothelioma cases associated with Massachusetts area shipyards and factories; and was co-lead counsel for one of the first successful prosecutions of tobacco companies for lung cancer cases in the nation.
